Wembley Bag Drop Terms and Conditions

Taking bags to an event presents an increased safety & security risk to yourself and others attending. Wembley Stadium provides a bag drop service, but strongly recommends that where possible you do not bring bags with you to the event. All bags presented at points of entry will be subject to being searched which may include electronic scanning.
Terms and conditions relating to bags at the Stadium
The search of bags is a condition of entry. Any refusal to be searched will result in you being denied entry to the Stadium.   
Bags will only be allowed into Wembley Stadium if they are:-
• no larger than 21cm by 30cm (A4 size)
• Stadium clear bags (purchased at Wembley Stadium)
• medically necessary bags; and
they do not contain any ‘Prohibited Articles’ as listed below:- S
• knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles, frisbees and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety which will be confiscated and/or reported to the police;
• 
unlicensed musical instruments: trumpets, drums and other devices capable of causing a disturbance or nuisance;

• flag poles greater than 1m in length and flares; 

• illegal substances, explosives or ammunition, blades or other weapons, firearms, scooters, skateboards or other skates;

• signs or items with corporate or inappropriate branding, unauthorised fliers, spray paint, large industrial style “permanent“ marker pens; 

• prams / push chairs(will be assessed for each event - please check the relevant event page for further information); 

• transmitting devices, professional cameras & recording devices (This applies to cameras that have interchangeable lenses); 

• large suitcases, lap tops, illegal merchandise items, water bottles (need to have the ability to decant), illegal charity collection utensils, motor bike helmets, umbrellas, darts, hampers and cold boxes, alcohol and animals (except service dogs & guide dogs).

Wembley Stadium reserves the right to refuse entry to any item without recourse.  
If you wish to use a Stadium clear bag they can be purchased from any of the Stadium retail shops or online. They will be sustainably produced and re-useable.  
Anyone presenting bags at points of entry outside the above criteria will be referred to the bag drop service located at Yellow Car Park. The bag drop will open 4 hours before the event and remain open for 3 hours after the event.  
1 On arrival at the bag drop:
• Your bag will be searched and items may be transferred into a clear plastic bag.
• You may be required to provide details relating to the ownership of the bag.
• You will be required to pay a fee of £10, and then be given a wristband. The wristband will use an RFID system to identify the bag you are depositing. 
• EP Event Services (EP) as operator of the bag drop facility reserves the right to refuse to accept any article (e.g. food perishables, toxic or flammable items).  
• In particular, EP will not accept prohibited articles, or articles the possession of which may constitute a criminal offence (i.e. weapons or drugs).
• The bag drop facility will not accept animals.

2 You should be aware that utilising the bag drop facility may affect your arrival time at the point of entry. Whilst EP will endeavour to expedite your processing at the bag drop, you should be aware that there may be queues.  
3 EP and Wembley Stadium do not accept responsibility if you miss the start of the event. There will be no refund of tickets.   
4 At the conclusion of the event you must return to the bag drop facility and present the wristband to retrieve your item. You should be aware that there may be queues at the bag drop when you attend to retrieve your bag.   
5 In the unlikely event that you have lost the wristband, EP are not obliged to return your bag without clear and sufficient proof of identity.
6 The bag drop facility will close 2 hrs after the end of the event and any bags not claimed by that time will be kept safe by EP Data services. They will be held by EP Data Services for a limited time period of 5 days before being dispoed of or destroyed. Food items or other perishables shall be disposed of after a maximum of 24 hours. Any enquiries about unclaimed items should be directed to EP Data Services 01788 224120 info@epdataservices.com . Neither EP nor the Stadium accepts responsibility for the return of items not claimed by the time the bag drop closes post event. Any arrangements, and associated costs to retrieve an unclaimed bag after closure of the bag drop post event shall be the responsibility of its owner.
7 EP will use all reasonable endeavours to operate the bag drop as a safe and secure facility. However you are strongly advised not to carry valuable items in the bags you deposit at the bag drop and EP accepts no liability for loss or damage to items deposited with it.
